Most people want one of the first two. Every one of them has its price on its own page, live, before you talk to anybody — pick the situation below that sounds most like yours.

Recurring house cleaning

Most cleaning companies send whoever is free that day. We do not. You get one person who learns your home, and they come back on the schedule you pick. Skip a week whenever you need to.

Deep cleaning

A standard clean keeps a home level. A deep clean resets it. We work through the places that get skipped every week until they stop being a small guilty thought every time you walk past.

  • A first visit, before starting a recurring schedule
  • Homes that have not been professionally cleaned in six months or more
  • Spring resets, post-renovation dust, or before hosting

Four to eight hours depending on size and condition. Sometimes two cleaners.

Move-in / move-out

An empty house hides nothing. We clean inside every cabinet, closet, drawer, and appliance so the place looks the way it did before anyone lived in it. We schedule around your closing or your lease end, not the other way round.

  • Sellers preparing a listing or meeting a contract obligation
  • Buyers who would rather not inherit the last owner’s kitchen
  • Renters trying to get a deposit back in full

Four to eight hours. Book early for the first and last week of a month.

Apartment & condo

A one-bedroom should not cost what a four-bedroom costs. You get the same room-by-room checklist, the same cleaner each visit, and a price that reflects the actual square footage.

  • Apartments and condos under roughly 1,200 square feet
  • Downtown, Short North, Grandview, and campus-area rentals
  • Anyone whose building requires a certificate of insurance from vendors

One and a half to three hours for most apartments and condos.
